Credit Card Information

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa). 

For those of you that are out-of-town prospects, use your credit card to avoid missing a great apartment in this market because there might a another prospect here in the area that is able to make immediate payment for their tenant application and security deposit.

Use your card to pay rent in order to avoid late fees when you are out of town or for other unforeseen emergencies.

Sorry but a surcharge equal to 4% (6% if you are using American Express) of what you are charging will be added to your bill to cover the cost that our credit card vendor charges us.  This surcharge is applied to both credit cards and debit cards.
