There are 2 large, ground floor, 1-bedroom apartments that feature many upgrades.  These rentals have their own private entrance, hardwood floors, large bathroom, dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and lots of closet space.  All utilities (including digital cable TV) is included in the monthly rental rate.  The larger unit leases for $1,350 and the smaller one leases for $1,250  (sorry - only annual leases here). 

 

The property also features a large, fenced backyard that is professionally landscaped and maintained as well as privileges to the outdoor jacuzzi, deck, and outdoor kitchen.  1-driveway parking space is also available.  No smokers, or partiers, or dogs permitted.  Cats are ok with conditions.
