• Resort living - all are located either on the Chesapeake Bay or about 100-steps from across the street.

• No Rental Rate Increase - Are you concerned with escalating housing costs? Besides typical 12 month leases,  we also offer lease terms of 13-to-18 months with a guaranteed rental rate during the entire lease period.

• Less Than a 12-month Lease Needed? - When available, we  also feature 3-month to 11-month leases.  All monthly rental rates quoted in this web site assume a 1-year's lease.  Rental rates are higher for lease terms of less than 12-months.

• Corporate Rentals are available at all of our  studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom/1-bath apartments.  These apartments are professionally decorated &  furnished.  Rent includes all utilities, cookware, flatware, linen, local telephone, cable television.  A minimum 3-month lease is required and the monthly rental rate is based on the federal lodging per diem rate for the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.
