Rentals are available at all of our studio, 1-bedroom,
and 2-bedroom/1-bath apartments. These apartments are
professionally decorated & furnished. Rent includes all
utilities, cookware, flatware, linen, local telephone, cable
television. A minimum 3-month lease is required and the
monthly rental rate is based on the federal lodging per diem rate
for the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.
