Corporate Apartments |

Why stay in a cramped motel room when for the same price you can enjoy spacious corporate apartments that are available on a short term basis? We provide temporary housing to a number of government contractors and military personnel that are assigned to our area for short periods of time. For these guests, we provide corporate apartments. These apartments are fully furnished and professionally decorated. All utilities (including cable television and local telephone service) are included. We also provide linens, towels, cookware, crockery, and flatware. All you need to do is bring yourself, your clothes and a tooth brush. Minimum rental period is 3-months. Corporate apartments are limited to studios, 1-bedroom units and 2/bedroom/1-bath units. Rental rates are $1,500 per month for studios, $1,600.00 per month for 1-bedroom and $2,000.00 per month for 2-bedroom/1-bath. For our budget-minded guests that wish to furnish their apartments, deduct $500 per month from the rates quoted above for the 2-bedroom apartment and deduct $300 from the rates quoted above for the 1-bedroom apartment. Also, if you wish to save even more money you can activate your own electricity and cable/internet service and save another $200 per month
