Besides
typical 12-month leases, we also feature (when available) lease terms of 3-to-11 months.
Rental rates for these rentals are higher than monthly rates for yearly leases.
For those of you that are concerned with annual rent increases we also offer lease terms of 13-to-24 months. The rental rate is fixed for the entire lease period.
Surcharges for lease terms for leases less than 12-months are found underneath 9-to-11 months add $50 to the monthly rental rate above the 1-year rate 5-to-8 months add $100 to monthly rental rate above 1-year rate 3-to-4 months add $300 to monthly rental rate above 1-year rental rate

Corporate Rentals A minimum term of 3-months is required. These rentals include upscale furniture, all utilities, televsion set, towels, linens, cooking ware, and flat ware. Rental rates for these are based on the Federal Per Diem Rate for Lodging and are found in our corporate leasing section of this web site. Click here to see a copy of our Application.
