As a way of saying thanks to our Active Duty Military Personnel for a job always well done we provide a rental discount.  The amount of this discount is 5% of the rental rate.  We do not participate in the Rental Partnership Program but are equipped to set-up rental allotments for our military tenants through Military Assistance Company ("MAC") and we are military friendly

Please note that we offer promotions through-out the year and that we cannot allow more than 1-discount or 1-promotion to be used on any apartment.

For military personnel that meet our income and credit requirements, a security deposit of $500 is charged.  Tenant application fees are $30 for 1-person and a total of $40 for two people.  Once the set-aside units have been rented, no more apartments will be eligible for this discount until one of those set-aside units becomes available again.
