Your agreement to this on-line document authorizes Boardwalk Realty and Development to order and review your credit and criminal history and investigate the accuracy of all data reported on this application. Boardwalk Realty and Development agrees to accept or reject your application within 2-days after its receipt of a credit report and/or criminal report. Acceptance of an applicant as a tenant by Boardwalk Realty and Development is conditioned upon (but not limited to) Boardwalk Realty and Development's review and approval of the following items; interviews with personal references, income-to-rent ratios, interviews with employers, verification of income and employment, review and approval of applicant's credit and/or criminal background check, as well as any other items that Boardwalk Realty and Development considers necessary.
