 MAINTENANCE  REQUEST (On-line)

  1. Our pager number for emergency repairs (during after hours, holidays, and weekends) is 757- 238-4434.  This is only for needed repairs.  Please do not use this number for vehicles that have been towed
  2. All work requested (unless it is an emergency) must be completed within 24-hours of notification unless tenant is otherwise informed
  3. Tenant understands that some types of repair work (primarily heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing and appliance) requires special expertise that requires licensed, outside contractors be used. Tenant understands that when such outside contractors are used that Boardwalk Realty and Development is at the mercy of the subcontractor's scheduling.

Should Tenant not be at home and outside (i.e. repair persons not affiliated with Boardwalk Realty & Development) maintenance contractors  arrive to provide service, personnel is / is not (circle appropriate answer) to access Tenant's  apartment and provide service.  Should Tenant elect to be home at time service is provided by outside contractors, provide us with the date and time when you will be available.

If an outside contractor is hired to service the particular problem that has been reported herein, manager will contact the contractor and make the service appointment.  Tenant agrees to contact manager in order to ascertain the time and date that contractor is scheduled to provide work.  Tenant also realizes that Boardwalk Realty & Development & Development is at the mercy of such subcontractors when it comes to scheduling repair work.  If tenant is not home at the time of this scheduled appointment, manager will give subcontractor access to Tenant's apartment for the purpose of making said repair.
