Security Deposits For those prospective tenants that meet our income and credit requirements, a security deposit equal to a month's rent is charged.
PET DEPOSITS Sorry but we have found that dogs, ferrets, and lizards of all kinds are not compatible with our properties. We are unable to keep our properties in a condition we can be proud of when these animals are present. We do however permit cats. A refundable pet deposit of $300 will be charged. A rent surcharge of $30 per month also will be added to the monthly rental rate.
