Security Deposits

For those prospective tenants (non-college students) that meet our income and credit requirements, a security deposit of $500 is charged.  Breezin, Poseidon, and short term rentals have higher deposits. 

College students with financial aid and can prepay 6-months rent with each financial aid disbursement are exempted from income and credit requirements.

PET DEPOSITS

Sorry but we have found that large dogs, ferrets, and lizards are not compatible with our properties.  We are unable to keep our properties in a condition we can be proud of when these animals are present.  We do however permit cats and dogs up to 20-pounds.   A refundable pet deposit of $300 will be charged.  A rent surcharge of $25 per month also will be added to the monthly rental rate.
