BASIC TENANT REQUIREMENTS
* Beacon credit score of 625 points
* Verifiable household income of at least 3-times the monthly
rental rate
* Monthly household expenses (with rent included) not exceed
70% of monthly household income
* Been employed for the past 12-months (military excepted)
* No felony convictions
* No prior evictions or landlord judgments
* No dogs, ferrets, birds
