Tenant Screening Information
(Please read carefully before
filling out and submitting the "Application form" .)
We are working with neighbors and other
landlords in the area to enhance the quality of the neighborhood. We want
to assure that people do not use the property for illegal activity nor do we
want people that are not financially qualified to reside in our property.
To that end, we have a thorough screening process. Besides investigating
an applicant's credit, we also research court records, verify income, interview
employers, and order criminal background checks.
Because it costs us money and time to do a
thorough check of your application, there is a non-refundable processing fee of
$30 per adult, $40.00 for two (2) adults. We will accept the first qualified applicant. If we do not
process your application due to accepting an earlier applicant, your fee will be
refunded. (see information below)
If you meet the application criteria and are
accepted, you will have peace of mind knowing that other tenants in this
apartment complex are being screened with equal care and that the risk of
illegal activity occurring in the apartment complex is reduced.
Please review our list of criteria.
If
you feel that you met the criteria, please apply - because we would be happy to rent
to you. Also, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask.
